KANATA Birthday Party Information

To inquire about or to book a birthday party at the Leduc Kanata Gymnastics Club, please call the gym at 780-986-2627.  All bookings must be arranged in person at the gym or by telephone.

Birthday Party Package Includes:

• Private use of the gym, equipment and lobby for 2 hours
• Certified coach and assistant
• Treasure hunt prize for each child attending the party
• Decorated lunch area including balloons, tables set with plates, cups, forks and napkins
• Use of fridge and microwave
• Loot bag for each child attending the party
• Full clean up
• We do not provide any food or beverages
• Maximum of 12 children including the birthday child
• We are not a peanut free facility
• Costs: 10 children – $150.00 (including birthday child)
• Additional children to a maximum of 12 – $15.00 per additional child

Booking Information:

• Parties must be booked 2-3 weeks in advance.
• Full Payment is required two weeks prior to party date.
• Refund of full payment will be made if notice of cancellation is given at least 7 days prior to party date. (Messages may be left on voice mail) A $20.00 Administration Fee will be charged on all cancellations made under the 7 day cancellation requirement.
• Names, addresses and phone numbers of all participants attending the party must be provided to the Club by the party date for insurance purposes.
• No parties on Statutory Holiday weekends
• Party times available:
  • Sundays: 1:00 – 3:00 pm or 3:30 – 5:30 pm
